Remember the blue light specials from days gone by?  It used to be such a big thing, to be in the department store and follow the lights to the great deals.  Now with the internet so readily available, you can be just about anywhere to get a great deal.  Not only can we shop online these days, but we can get the daily deals at the very possible best low prices it seems.  There are a number of websites these days that have all kinds of bargains on things we need every day.  In the beginning, many of them tended to be on the technical geeky kind of items, but not that everyone and their dog does their shopping online, there’s a wider array of interesting items to choose from.

And, you don’t even have to remember to check the websites that offer this stuff. You can get email alerts on your computer, or even on your mobile phone.  I sure, there’s probably an iTunes app that keeps track of them all.  At least, if there isn’t there should be.  There seems to be an application for just about every other imaginable use on the planet these days, so why not shopping deals.  We all love to get bargains, it’s just a part of our consumer culture.  I can see myself getting to the point one day, when all my shopping takes place over the internet.  I definitely don’t have much patience for malls, or mall shopping lots.
